Three Weekly Classes
Strength Training

Yoga Sessions

Pilates Classes
Enhance core strength and posture with low-impact exercises that protect and strengthen bones.
Strength & Stability Class
Focus: Muscle strengthening, balance training, and postural control to improve bone density and confidence in movement.
Format: Live Zoom session every Friday at 9:00 AM.
This class focuses on building the muscle strength and stability essential for maintaining bone health and preventing falls. Through targeted exercises, you'll develop better postural control and increased confidence in your daily movements.
Bone-Friendly Pilates
Focus:
Core stability, spinal alignment, and safe movement patterns to support posture and bone health.
Format:
Live Zoom session every Wednesday at 6:00 PM.
Our specially adapted Pilates sessions emphasise core stability and spinal alignment while incorporating safe movement patterns specifically designed to support bone health. These classes help improve posture and reduce the risk of compression fractures.
Yoga for Bone Health
Focus:
Mindful stretching, breathing, and posture alignment to enhance balance and reduce stress.
Format:
Live Zoom session every Saturday at 10:00 AM.
This therapeutic yoga practice combines mindful stretching with breathing techniques and posture alignment work. The sessions are designed to enhance balance, reduce stress, and promote overall wellbeing while being safe and beneficial for bone health.
Nutrition Consultation
Focus: Optimising calcium, vitamin D, protein, and micronutrient intake for bone strength and overall health.
Format: One consultation per main clinic review (online via Zoom).
Our expert nutritionist will work with you to optimise your dietary intake of essential nutrients for bone health, including calcium, vitamin D, protein, and important micronutrients that support bone strength and overall health.
